A Safe Space for
Healing and Lasting Change

Healing Path Counseling offers trauma-informed therapy for anxiety, depression, mood disorders, life transitions, and the lasting impact of childhood trauma. Sessions are available in person and online.

About the Practice

Healing Path Counseling supports individuals navigating mood disorders, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the lasting impacts of childhood trauma. Your well-being matters, and you do not have to face these challenges alone. In our work together, we build a safe, supportive space where you can share what you are experiencing and begin to understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

A core focus of Healing Path Counseling is discovering the source of your distress: how past experiences, learned coping strategies, and emotional responses may be shaping your present life. By exploring the roots of trauma and the ways it shows up in your thoughts, feelings, and relationships, we move beyond symptom management toward meaningful insight and clarity. Understanding the origin of what you carry can create momentum for change and help restore a sense of personal agency.

From that foundation, we work collaboratively on your path to healing. Sessions are tailored to your needs and goals, emphasizing compassionate, trauma-informed care and practical strategies that support emotional regulation, resilience, and stability during difficult seasons. Together, we honor your story, strengthen your coping skills, and guide you toward lasting growth, so you can move forward with greater hope, self-understanding, and inner peace.
